Here at TSE, we understand your cake has to look good, but it needs to taste even better. It’s a plus when you have a cake artist with a keen eye for detail. Every wedding is unique and deserves a design handcrafted to the style of each couple. Below you will find more about our wedding booking process as well as flavor pairings to help you choose the perfect cake for your perfect day!

 How does this work?

One question I get frequently from clients is “How much cake do I need to order?” and no answer is absolute! After your inquiry is received, I will reach out with a few more questions based on the answers you’ve provided to help narrow your focus and personalize your vision.

Some clients love the idea of a large, multi-tiered cake while others prefer a smaller cake paired with cupcakes, pre cut sheet cake slices, or other mini desserts offer. You may even choose a faux cake as a display option paired with mini desserts. Either way, I am all ears! I will provide you with numerous options to consider for your event.

​We will then choose an astonishing design to fit seamlessly with the overall color scheme of your event. Send me all the Pinterest boards, Tik Toks, and IG inspirations! I am more than happy to do some research and send inspirational photos if you are not quite sure what the perfect design looks like.

​Okay, you’ve inquired and personalized, so now it’s time for the best part — the tasting! Tastings are offered in two different forms: a take-home box or in-person meeting with four flavors selected by YOU. We will then finalize the delivery date of the event so that you and your guest can indulge and enjoy every bite!

The Process

  • Click “BOOK NOW” at the bottom of the page to submit your inquiry form.

  • We aim to make your experience as personalized as possible! Let us know your favorite color schemes, flowers, designs, and flavors!

  • Choose up to four of our classic and/or signature flavors to try before your big day!

  • Once steps 1, 2, and 3 have been completed, The Sweet Escake will prepare your item or items for drop-off on a date and time agreed upon. Pick-Up options also available.

  • Thank you for trusting The Sweet Escake to provide quality desserts for you and your guests on your special day!

The Investment

The Sweet Escake is located in Rock Hill, SC. We are only serving customers in South Carolina and Charlotte, NC area at this time.

Wedding orders should be placed at least 3 months prior to your event. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

To secure your date, a $150 non-refundable booking fee is required. Orders accepted within 60 days of the wedding date will need to be paid in full within 48 hours of acceptance. No exceptions.

Tastings, limited to two people, are $100 and include classic flavors only. Luxe flavors may be added for an additional $10 each.
